Greca Creative was founded by Felicia Alfano, a Chicago-born Greek. Her passion for the industry runs in her blood—both of her immigrant grandfathers achieved their American dreams through the restaurants they owned and operated, instilling in her a profound appreciation for the art of dining.

The name "Greca" holds special significance, as it translates to "Greek girl" in Italian. She currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with her two daughters and Italian husband.
